Adam Logsdon I have had many instructors throughout my time at Iowa State, but none have been as amazing as Archana has. When I didn’t have confidence in myself, she talked me through problems I had and gave me confidence to succeed in my projects and aspirations. Whenever I see that I have classes with her as my instructor, I get more excited for the classes themselves. She teaches with such confidence and ease. I believe in her as an instructor and that she will continue to succeed and go far.	Truth Ross Archana is someone that I would consider my back bone. If I’m ever doubting myself creatively or even just in general she’s the one to bring me out of it right away. In my opinion she’s my biggest supporter here at ISU inside and outside of class. She’s consistently making sure that her students are taken care of first so when times are getting really hard she’s very understanding, and makes it an important note to make sure that her student’s mental health is just as good as their physical.	Qiyao Xiong I always get a sense that Archana indeed cares for each of her students. She would point out the unique shining points of individuals, and shares her life story to the students who are wondering about the industry experience. I got lucky to be Archana’s student. I was inspired by her encouragement to think out of the box and utilize my potential thoroughly to create innovative designs. Archana also has a great personality that spreads cheerful spirit and optimism to the ones around her.

I can speak for everyone when I say that Archana goes above-and-beyond, both inside and outside the classroom. If it wasn’t for Archana, I wouldn’t be as confident as I am and as open to new ideas. She’s, hands-down, the best instructor that I have ever had!	Lauren Johnson I have had Archana as my instructor for two semesters now and I have always admired her attention to students. She genuinely cares about her students and their well being. You don't usually see that at a collegiate level when it comes to professors. You can tell she wants to get to know you as a person. Jamine Ambrosio Archana makes attending class the highlight of my day. She is amazingly skilled in both teaching and illustration. She balances her duties as both an instructor and a mentor, offering unparalleled support for her students I feel encouraged by her positive attitude and her artistic abilities to push myself forward.	Emily Watters Archana is not only knowledgeable and well versed in her craft, but is also an incredible teacher. Her contagious drive and passion for design inspires everyone around her. I’ve never seen such a unique intertwining of skill and creativity.	Hailey Vollbrecht Archana is such an inspiration through her hard work, passion for fashion and her overall desire to teach. With many years of experience, she has so much knowledge to share with her students. Outside of the classroom Archana continues to help her students with networking by providing recommendation letters, overall application advice, and even connections. She is truly one of a kind and I am so thankful I had the privilege to learn from her. <3
Kelsie Leathers Coming to Iowa State, I had no previous drawing courses and was extremely nervous when I entered my first illustration class. I immediately felt at home in Archana's classroom and knew that I had nothing to be afraid of. Not only did I learn illustration in Archana's class, but I also learned presentation and communication skills that provided the basis for future projects. Archana was not only an instructor, but a friend that I still come to today for advice. She is a Mentor & an Inspiration!	Jennifer Zoutte Archana shares her passion for design with students and has always been willing to help someone develop their talent. She communicates well and is supportive of all in her presence. Her knowledge of the industry is second to none and she has never hesitated to impart that knowledge on others.	Mckenna Smith In my experience, having Archana as an instructor has helped me strive to be better and to accomplish more. I’ve now had her for two classes and loved both of them because of her knowledge and perspective. She is very caring of her students. I appreciate her humor and teaching techniques. Of the instructors I’ve had at Iowa State, Archana is at the top of the list for my favorite because of her dazzling personality and competence as an as an instructor.
Conner Angus Archana Edmond has been a great teacher, mentor and friend. She has helped me greatly in all areas of my life; improving my art, work ethic, and aesthetics. I want to thank her for what she has done for me and for others. Truly a great individual!	Courtney Nikkel Archana is a fantastic teacher who allows you room to explore and be creative, while also stretching you to go beyond your comfort zone and giving you helpful tools and tips on how to get there!	Jessica Helberg Archana is an excellent instructor. She has the talent and experience to teach advanced students, and the patience and influence to teach beginners. Her critiques always come with a helping hand, and she is always willing to go the extra mile for her students.
Carolyn Simon Archana is a wonderful designer and instructor. She has an incredible eye for detail and cares about her students. She explains concepts clearly and encourages us to ask questions. She’s a hard worker and isn’t afraid to push her students to be better. She’s very fun loving and passionate about her work!	Hannah Feilmeier The illustration skills and knowledge about the fashion industry I have learned while being her student are things I will utilize throughout my entire career. She has pushed me creatively more than I knew I was capable of and has impacted my learning beyond what I could have imagined. She is extremely passionate about her students and takes time to get to know each one individually. She is unbelievably hard working, passionate about teaching and an amazing resource!	Jamie Beyer Archana is a great teacher and mentor. She does her best to connect personally with students. She's pushed me to do my best and work harder. I appreciate her efforts so much and I'm really thankful for her encouragement. Thank you for sure a good semester! It's been rough, but pushed me to do better!
Rebecca Nelson Archana has the ability to teach students in a way that allows for personal and creative growth. I have been honored to be a student as well as a teaching assistant to Archana and have witnessed the unique and incredible ways she inspires the young adults around her. She has been one of the only teachers who has encouraged me, pushed me, and taught me to become a better designer. With her experience, knowledge, and attention to detail, Archana will be an amazing teacher, colleague and friend!	Madeline Jung I have learned so much in AMD 178 with Archana as my instructor. She instilled a confidence in me that I continue to use as a designer! She pushed me to do my best work and I was amazed at how far I had come in my illustration skills in just one semester!	Katelyn Otto Archana is the only instructor I feel that I can be completely myself and make jokes around. Her authoritative yet sassy attitude helped me to learn in her class and is a reason why I enjoyed her classes so much. It is obvious through her interaction with students that she cares about their individual learning and general well-being. Somehow she perfectly balance being a professional teacher and a relaxed confidante. I always appreciated her going the extra mile to give me individual feedback.
